Black Radio Recovered with Jazz Pianist Robert Glasper

Program:
Date:
Saturday, October 13, 2012 - 4:00pm

Robert Glasper can perhaps be classified as being among the most innovative of jazz collaborators of the 21st century. Glasper is in demand... Besides touring the world with his current release Black Radio and the Robert Glasper Experiment, the jazz pianist has been found lecturing at schools such as Berklee College of Music and Harvard University. Glasper is in the forefront of American Classical Music, bringing enlightened musical conversation and merging the genres of jazz, rock, R&B and hip-hop.

Tune in at 4pm to catch Colors of Jazz when host Bonnie Johnson and company speak candidly with Mr. Glasper and members of the band.
