Twins of El Dorado Album Release Show, with the Allan Chase Quartet

The Brooklyn-based duo Twins of El Dorado, featuring Kristin Slipp (voice) and Joe Moffett (trumpet), will present their original art songs for voice and trumpet in support of  their debut, Portend the End, on Prom Night Records.

They will be joined by the Allan Chase Quartet, who will open up the evening with a set of music by Sun Ra, Robert Wyatt, Syd Barrett, Arthur Lee, plus some interesting jazz standards.

Kristin Slipp will perform as a guest vocalist with the Quartet.

Portend the End will be officially released on December 1, 2012 on the Brooklyn-based label Prom Night Records. To support this release, Twins of El Dorado will tour the Northeast in late November to mid-December.
