The Buskin & Batteau Trio w/ Jon McAuliffe opening (Folk Acoustic)

Event Date:
Saturday, April 27, 2013 - 8:00pm

"On their latest CD ("Red Shoes and Golden Hearts") and in their sold-out concerts across the country, the Buskin & Batteau Trio continue to offer their "irresistible amalgam of melodic, sensual pop, folkie grit, and killer wit" (Washington Post).

Harvard and Brown University-educated, Grammy, Emmy, Clio, and Gold Record-sharing singer-songwriter-soloists David Buskin (piano) and Robin Batteau (violin) join virtuoso percussionist Marshal Rosenberg for "Acoustic Heaven" (Boston Globe) while "breathing new life into the genre" (New York Times) with "the most sophisticated act in folk" (New York Times).

A hot new CD is in the works and will be out in time for the holidays, available hot off the presses via Enjoy!"

Opening is Singer/Songwriter Jon McAuliffe, accompanied by his wife, Patti, on harmonies. Jon's songs were recent finalists in the Great American Song Contest, an International competition. Jon has performed and recorded as 1/2 of a duo with Robin Batteau in the past and has opened for Buskin & Batteau several times.

Ticket Prices: $25 (Stu/Sen $24, Mem $22 Child U12 $13)
