Co-Bill: Beth Patella and Kelly Kancyr

Event Date:
Friday, August 23, 2013 - 8:00pm

Beth Patella and Kelly Kancyr share the night together with their acoustic guitars and lucid voices! A beautiful mix of folk and country – a sure-to-please and inspire show with Beth Patella’s newly released Album, Coming Home.

Beth Patella – vocals, guitar
Gary Maus -guitar
Kelly Kancyr – vocals, guitar

This year, Beth has emerged back onto the singer/songwriter scene after being on a hiatus for several years. Within this past year, Beth started and finished her solo album that she never had a chance to finish years ago. Much time has been spent recording her album and performing with her band throughout the New Haven Area, including her “Beth Patella Band” Concert Debut at the Neighborhood Music School in New Haven in June, 2012.

Beth was a featured artist in the CT Folk Festival’s annual show on September 8th, 2012. Her album, “Coming Home,” was released on April 6th, 2013 and is already receiving high praise from current and new listeners! Beth looks forward to her second chance, and the ability to move forward in her songwriting career.

Kelly Kancyr lives a double life. She plays bass with the hard-rocking local band Sewerdog, but she has a laid-back singer-songwriter side as well. Check out Kelly on Facebook!

Tickets: $10
