Live Concerts

An adaption of the musical, in a modern-day song-and-dance recreation of the Gospel of St. Matthew. Structured as a series of parables, which are then interspersed with a variety of modern music set primarily to lyrics from traditional hymns, with the passion of Christ briefly portrayed near the end of the performance. Godspell's message of love, acceptance, and tolerance transcends religion and is relevant to people of all beliefs. Directed by Cynthia Austin (MFA in acting PHD in theatre and member of Actors Equity).
