Terry Kitchen & Mara Levine with Gail Wade
Award-winning Boston contemporary folk singer/songwriter Terry Kitchen joins voices with acclaimed New Jersey vocalist Mara Levine for a sound that’s both intensely dynamic and uniquely beautiful.
“Singer songwriter Terry Kitchen from Boston, together with Mara Levine, rendered a superb performance… Terry writes some brilliant lyrics and melodies which reflect his inner feelings of love for his fellow human beings. There is nothing phony about him and he expresses exactly what he feels. His songs convey a feeling of inner peace to the listener. Mara Levine’s soothing alto voice, reminiscent of Judy Collins, adds a totally new dimension to the performance and elevates it a notch above excellence. Her very stage presence brings a breath of fresh air to the venue. Together they blend like honey and velvet.”- Sol Zeller, The Borderline Folk Club
“Kitchen is one of New England’s finest songwriters” – The Boston Globe
“Mara Levine is one of the best singers of her generation” – Christine Lavin
