City Music presents FutureStars Spring Showcase 2013

FutureStars is a concert showcase for teenage bands. It is not a "Battle of the Bands" or a "Pay to Play" event. It is an "inclusive", not "exclusive" series. Selected performers will play in the Sawtelle Room and will earn cash (each group keeps a portion of their ticket sales). Plus the band with the best ticket sales will win a recording session at The Root Cellar in Westminster.

This year's bands are:

His songwriting conjures up comparisons to The Band, Leon Russell, Tom Petty, Springsteen and Dylan and his writing brings a sense of hope and dark reality that makes listeners want to be involved as he weaves his tales.
