The Wolff Sisters are local folk rock band from Boston. Made up of three sisters and their friends, they will be performing a mix of original music and blues covers.

Kathryn Hallberg,a singer-songwriter from Texas and current student at Berklee College of Music, will open the show.

Cellist Erik Friedlander will perform from two CDs both released in 2015.  Erik will play his Illuminations Suite for Solo Cello, a project inspired by ancient illuminated texts in Arabic, Latin and Hebrew Erik encountered at the Jewish Museum in New York City. Then, joined by bassist Trevor Dunn and drummer Michael Sarin, Friedlander will perform Oscalypso, a new CD and a tribute to the great bassist and cellist Oscar Pettiford.

Harry Allen Trio. Harry Allen (tenor), Rossano Sportiello (piano), Frank Tate (bass).

Rounding out the series on November 11th is the Harry Allen Trio. Allen has over thirty recordings including three albums that have won Gold Disc Awards from Japan's Swing Journal Magazine. 

He has performed with Rosemary Clooney, Ray Brown, Hank Jones, Scott Hamilton, Harry 'Sweets' Edison, Kenny Burrell, Herb Ellis, and both John and Bucky Pizzarelli.

Allen, Italian-born stride piano master Rossano Sportiello, winner of the 2006 Acsona (Switzerland) Jazz Award, and bassist Frank Tate performed together last spring in Woods Hole.
