Stone Cold Fox / Broken Anchor

Stone Cold Fox originated as an acoustic bedroom project at SUNY Purchase, where members Olken and Loh met as classmates. It has since expanded and grown into a solid indie-folk group that “emanates a youthful and energetic sense of comfort through beautiful songs, simple aesthetics, and innovative production” (FIKA Coffee Break). Drawing its musical influences from Radiohead and more, Stone Cold Fox's exceptional musicianship grew from a place of deep-seeded knowledge, rooted in the members' early experimentation with a variety of genres.

Born and raised on Martha's Vineyard, Mason grew up with his parents' love of folk music. He loved it too, but his teen years brought Nirvana and Rage Against the Machine into his life.
