John Matrona Jazz Band

This amazing ensemble consists of pianist John Matrona, percussionist Alan Stones, and bassist Jay Matrona. Percusionist Alan Stones has performed in genes ranging from classical to rock and roll. John Matrona, Berkeley College of Music graduate, performs regularly at Boston’s Hyatt Harborside Hotel, Newburyport’s Joseph’s Winter St. Café, and New England Continental Orchestras. He has also worked with the Arthur Bakopolus Jazz Quintet and flutist Mike Finegold. Jay Matrona, sitar performer, has studied in NY, Arizona, and India.

Moody Street Sound

Moody Street Sound is a sextet based out of the Lowell/Boston area. They have a sound influenced by Jazz, Blues, Hip-hop and Soul. Comprised of Colin Murphy on guitar, James DeFilippo on keys, Paul Poremski on bass, Nick Campbell on drums, Ryder Corey playing saxophone, along with Jessenia Moreira on vocals, the group focuses on playing originals and covers of many styles.

A self taught, Brazilian classical guitarist. Gil has been playing guitar for the past 15 years. Most of his music has a definitive Spanish, Italian and South American flair. Very enjoyable!

Ted Knowlton

Life-long devotion to piano. House pianist in major Boston hotels and restaurants: Ritz, Royal Sonesta, Copley Plaza, many restaurants, and lots and lots of lounges throughout metropolitan Boston. Berklee jazz piano faculty. Solo (with vocals) and with small groups. Loves the style and chords of Bill Evans.

Craig Sonnenfeld & Junko Ogawa

A Boston based singer-songwriter whose original songs have been broadcast nationally and internationally on over 100 radio stations. Craig performs both his own original ballads and also older traditional blues-based songs of artists such as Mississippi John Hurt and Skip James. His vocals and finger-picking guitar style have won him praise from many in the local singer songwriter and music community over the past few years.

The Scott/Conley Trio
