As though it was always destined to be, powerhouse trio The Bad Plus finds its fated fourth member in longtime friend and collaborator, saxophonist Joshua Redman. When Redman joined the trio as a special guest a few years back, a brilliant collaboration was born. Redman's melodic prowess blends seamlessly with the avant-garde populism of Reid Anderson, Ethan Iverson, and David King, pushing the boundaries of jazz beyond all imagination.

Kentucky-based cellist, singer-songwriter, and composer Ben Sollee teams up with Austin's 18-piece chamber-pop group Mother Falcon for an evening of innovative, genre-bending musicianship. Known for his thrilling, unconventional cello playing, Sollee possesses a knack for inventive, intricate arrangements, combining classical artistry with bluegrass and pop.

Coeur de Pirate (French for pirate heart) is the stage name for award-winning French-Canadian singer/songwriter and pianist Béatrice Martin. Her whimsical, magical pop songs blend cabaret music, French lyrics, and playful indie sensibilities. After releasing two albums to international acclaim, Coeur de Pirate returns in 2015 with a new album that finds her boldly expanding her horizons and modernizing her approach, cradling her beloved piano within a swirling ensemble of synthesizers, carefully crafted string arrangements, and layers of dynamic drum sounds.

Mark Kozelek, frontman of Sun Kil Moon, is renowned for his intense, highly autobiographical songs. The High Kings are an Irish supergroup made up of Finbarr Clancy (formerly of the Clancy Brothers), Brian Dunphy (formerly a cast member of Riverdance), Martin Furey (formerly of the group Bohinta), and Darren Holden (formerly a cast member of Riverdance and a successful solo artist). Incredibly versatile and skilled multi-instrumentalists, they play 13 instruments among the four of them, performing new songs as well as old favorites.
