President William “Bill” Picard is a land-use and environmental planner, the majority owner and
principal-in-charge of AES. He has over 20 years of environmental project experience in the restoration of commercial and industrial property.
Program Manager Michael “Mike” Bingham has over 25 years of professional experience including 20 years of environmental experience and 4 years of regulatory experience with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
Technical Director Mark Deuger has been with AES for more than 3 years. He has 16 years of experience in environmental-assessment and -remediation work.
