The Grammy and Emmy nominated arranger, composer, conductor and founding member of Tower of Power will bring his LA-based band East Bay Soul to Scullers Jazz Club in Boston on Sunday, December 30th with a "Night Before" New Year's Eve party. Tune in for some high energy soulful, jazz funk and festivities celebrating the CD Release of "East Bay Soul 2.0". The funk starts at 4pm.
