Established by Aaron Richmond in 1938, the Series has evolved into New England's major presenting organization with over 100 performance and outreach activities annually.
Celebrate Public Radio Music Month with diversity in world music and the arts as host Bonnie Johnson welcomes Curator Jean Borgatti of the Fitchburg Art Museum to discuss the opening of their new "Wrapped in Pride: Ghanaian Kente and African American Identity" exhibit. This upcoming showcase of world-class African art opens on Sunday, April 15th with an African festival that features food, fun and the expressions of music and dance.
