Arts, sciences and humanities build healthier, more livable, vital communities. They are essential to a strong education system. They contribute enormously to our economy.
Celebrate Public Radio Music Month with diversity in world music and the arts as host Bonnie Johnson welcomes Curator Jean Borgatti of the Fitchburg Art Museum to discuss the opening of their new "Wrapped in Pride: Ghanaian Kente and African American Identity" exhibit. This upcoming showcase of world-class African art opens on Sunday, April 15th with an African festival that features food, fun and the expressions of music and dance.
