In 1999 Jeanne Williamson decided to expand the limits of her understanding of her art, by making one small quilt a week for the entire year. Inquiry discusses her new book: THE UNCOMMON QUILTER: SMALL ART QUILTS CREATED WITH PAPER, PLASTIC, FIBER AND SURFACE DESIGN.
Then at 9:30 we talk with painters DAVID WACKELL and SVETLANA BURINSKAYA. Two very different painters, they decided to explore those differences by painting a single canvas together simultaneously, using paint and gesture to convey their conversations.
