For much of the 20th Century, artists drew and painted designs for book covers that are real works of art. Tonight on Inquiry we talk with MARTIN SALISBURY. He is a Professor of Illustration at Cambridge School of Art in Anglia Ruskin University. We will be talking with him about his surprising and beautiful new book THE ILLUSTRATED DUST JACKET 1920-1970.
